Dr. Bhimarjun Acharya is a highly respected constitutional expert, senior advocate, and a prominent figure in Nepal’s legal sector. He holds a PhD in Constitutional Law and was a university topper in the subject at Tribhuvan University. Known for his deep knowledge, legal acumen, and authoritative views on constitutional matters, he is regarded as one of Nepal’s foremost legal minds. Apart from his contributions to law, he is also known in the literary and musical world under the name Arjun Milan Acharya.
